Upea kokemus: I moved from a different school to this one. I had already failed 2 times when I contacted Sami. Sami is very friendly and knowledgeable. He tried to fix my approach and then third time I passed the test in Espoo. Everything was simple and smooth with Autokoulu Eco. Thank you.

Upea kokemus: I took the whole course with Sami. He’s friendly and explained things well. I could book 2 lessons in a day to save commuting time.

Upea kokemus: I was exchanging my foreign driving license and took one course here before the test. Sami is very friendly and gave me lots of valuable advice. I passed the test in one go. Highly recommended!

Upea kokemus: I would like to thanks Sami for all his efforts put into getting my driving license. I had some bad experience from other autokoulu previously. But I found Eco Autokoulu very much apt for me. Sami is very patient and has motivated me always. He talks and tells lot of historical things about Finland :) He takes to probable driving places and make us familiar with places. He also helped me with making an arrangement that I don't have to travel every time to Kivenlahti as it was bit far from my place. Thanks again for all your help and support. My dream of getting Finnish license has come true.

Negatiivinen kokemus: When my father was teaching me how to drive when i was 18, i could not start the car after several attempts on the traffic light. He was yelling at me saying that there were cars waiting behind and i was panicking until i realized that he had pulled the hand brake to be safe and forgot to push it back. Getting lessons from him was complete chaos. 13 years after this when i wanted to exchange my driving license in finland, thanks to the instructor here, i time travellled to those days. Today i passed the exam in my second attempt, no thanks to him. I took one hour of lesson before the exam, which was horrible idea because the way he is nonstop talking and creating drama for such tiny mistakes made me forgot my 10 years of driving experience. I took this lesson only because I wanted to go through 3 main mistakes that i did during the previous exam and also satisfy ajovarma by taking some lessons from a school. But during this lesson, he unnecessarily pushed the brake twice and turned the wheel in front of me twice, for reasons as ridiculous as the changing lane on 80km/hr speed limit high way with a speed of 70km/hr (apparently too slow) or the wheels of the car were touching to the neighboring line although there is no car around. For such mistakes, you can calmly warn the person, instead of acting with sudden actions as if you almost hit someone. I lost all my confidence before the exam. Luckily the examinar was super cool and i passed the exam. The instructor seemed very annoyed that i passed though. His attempts to panic me before the exam apparently failed. I only chose this place because i needed a school car for the exam and it was the cheapest option. Only go there if you have previous experience, knowing the risk that the instructor might make you forget everything you know. I gave 2 star because i am happy that i passed the exam. Otherwise should be one star.

Upea kokemus: Located just opposite to Kivinlahti metro! Really impressed by the attitude and skills of Sami who is giving me the driving lessons! Such a calm, cool and composed person! They have wide variety of lessons package to suit individuals need!

Upea kokemus: Vahva suositus. Aloitimme autokoulun tammikuun alussa ja poika sai kirjalliset ja inssin samana päivänä läpi (ekalla kerralla) kun täytti 17-vuotta. Hyvin saa aikoja ajoopetukseen, paremmin kuin ketju autokouluissa (tyttö kävi autokoulun ketjukoulussa).

Upea kokemus: I chose Eco to practice more with automatic car after I had bad experience with the service from another driving school. It was easy to be in contact with the school and they could easily arrange driving lessons for me. They were very helpful in finding a suitable driving test time for me too, especially when now most of the slots were fully booked. I think the school cares a lot about the students' feedbacks because I noticed that they have improved on many points that were mentioned in the previous negative Google reviews. Sami was a nice teacher, he gave me good advice with clear explanation, he took me to practice driving at many of the places that are most likely to be in the driving test. So if you are not sure about something or are not confident driving at some areas, talk to the teacher! Teacher Sami talked a lot, but I chose to listen to what was related to the driving, other than that, I like talking too so it was no problem for me. But sometimes, I just concentrated on my driving and ignored him :)) (Dear teacher Sami, for new learners, I recommend that you shouldn't talk too much off topic to them because they have to concentrate on many things and they can get panic.) Moreover, even though they mentioned that 1 lesson lasts 50 minutes on their website, all of my lessons lasted 1 hour. Teacher even took time to answer my questions after each lesson, and when I had 2 lessons at once, I got to drive full 2 hours, no break time in between (In my previous driving school, the lesson was always 50 minutes, there was even break time in between, and the teacher was always rushing to drive to another place after the lesson.) Going to this driving school, you do not only pay much less than other schools, but you will also receive a comparable quality and good service. About driving test, it not 100% depends on the teacher, it is yourselves, (a lot of) luck, examiners, and other road users :)) Once again, thank you Eco school and teacher Sami :)

Upea kokemus: I didn't know anything about driving before coming to Finland. I was lucky to find Sami as my instructor. He is a very patient, attentive and strict instructor. I learned to drive safely under his training and successfully got my driver's license. I recommend Autokoulu Eco to all my friends.

Upea kokemus: I took 2 hours driving practice and rented the automatic-gear car for the test to exchange the foreign driving license. Communication was super fast and smooth, driving tips were relevant and well explained. The test was passed with the "above average" evaluation in each area thanks to the practice and advice from Sami.

Negatiivinen kokemus: Dont know why this school has such a high rating score, but here are my experience after 22hours+ and spending nearly 2000 euros in this school: - Advertised lesson time is 50 mins, however, it is always 40 mins, including the walking time from their office to the parking lot. That's ridiculous. - They don't teach you how to pass the test, all they want is your money. They would be happy if you fail, trust me, cause you have to pay more for the extra lessons. - The instructor talks constantly when teaching, and 90% of his talking does not relate to the lesson. Also, his way of teaching is not encouraging, as you won't ever feel confident when driving. - I suggested this school to my friend due to its low price, and I feel ashamed that he also failed his first test (automatic car, 20hours+). If you dont wanna waste your time and money, avoid this school.

Upea kokemus: Prepared for my driving test with 2 practice sessions and rented the car for the test day. The preparation service provided in english by Sami was affordable and very professional. Recommended if you are exchanging your international driver's license for a Finnish one.

Upea kokemus: Thanks autokoulu eco for your help, I took the lessons with Sami and I approved my driving test on the first try. He teach me how to drive manual car in a safe way and of course to follow all the traffic rules properly. they will make sure that you are ready to drive

Upea kokemus: I took a driving exam for exchanging my drivers license and I had two driving lessons with Sami before the test. I think the driving lesson just before the exam was ultimately helped me to pass the exam. He pointed out my mistakes and flaws of driving very precisely and provided me with practical knowledge of Finnish driving rules.

Upea kokemus: It is a really good driving school. The service is very personalized and you get all the support needed. Compared to other schools the cost are also lower so in overall is one of the best alternatives available in Espoo. Great driving instructor!

Upea kokemus: I had a very positive experience with this school and recommend it. Take enough lessons before the final exam, remember exactly the points the instructor tells you and you will pass the exam.

Negatiivinen kokemus: Strongly do not recommend, no matter what you do, your money is the most important thing to them, not what you learn, they never wish you to pass, so you can take more lessons. If you take lessons from other schools then you see how much you have been cheated with time duration of the lessons and quality of the lessons. No first attempt exam passes in this school, it's their joy that you FAIL!!!

Negatiivinen kokemus: If you are a woman like me , has foreign background,rarely drove before , have a very limited knowledge about car, but you have to learn how to drive a car in Finland because life asks you so. Trust me, this is not a good driving school or at least in my opinion, to study. I do not recommend this. And since this is a family business and only 1 instructor can speak English,when you realize he is not a good teacher, you had paid part of the money already *for the theory part* and can not ask to change teacher ,which is why the teaching quality is bad but you have to follow until the end. Just think like this, you buy an Ikea shelf together with the instruction, you can't touch the table beforehand ,just only can read the instruction , and bam somebody expects you to do the building perfectly because if you read it you should know how the parts go together. Instructor please, the way you teach is not good, you can expect all of students have the same knowledge about cars like you, ( and interested in car like you) And please stop talking nonsense when you are teaching. If there is nothing to say,better silent than talking talking talking talking like a robot. The school customer service is bad too, all they want is your money money money, and they will kick you out of their school system immediately after you failed the test and thinking about to rent a car outside to practice than their car .I will tell you, if your friend has the driving licence here in Finland ,he can teach you, he can apply for the permit , you can rent a car outside and this is going to be cheaper a lot than paying to this school and got a lot of annoying. I did fail the test 2 times and I passed the third time thanks to the test inspector who told me what was wrong with my skill and I practiced with my husband. I was so amazed that how many thing I didnt get teaching or at least told or helped to fix by the teacher. I know I was weak and need practice a lot but my Finnish husband said clearly the teaching way of this instructor has a big problem. I have chosen the wrong driving school.I recommend if you are going to a driving school,choose one which has several instructors who can speak English so if one is bad,you can at least ask for change.

Upea kokemus: Very suitable school for learning driving in English. The instructors are very friendly and stern when needed. Very suitable locality to start learning and all types of roads are in the vicinity to practice. I have enjoyed learning driving with them. I would recommend this place to anyone who would like to learn driving in English.
