Negatiivinen kokemus: Erittäin huono paikka, kannattaa välttää. Ei pysty varaamaan mopon ajotunteja muuten kun puhelimella, ja ikinä ei saa ketään kiinni. Sitten kun vihdoin usean kuukauden jälkeen saa ajan, varattua antavat puutteellista tietoa siitä missä ajotunti pidetään, ja sen päälle vielä kehtaavat laittaa laskua perumattomista ajotunneista. Ei ikinä tämä autokoulu

Negatiivinen kokemus: I had a terrible experience there. The instructor didn’t really care about my learning, and I wasn’t taught how to handle the car properly, which caused me to lose my driving confidence. I chose CAP because it’s near my place, but it turned out to be a stupid mistake of my life. After switching to Pasila autokoulu, I passed the practical test easily. If you guys read other reviews, I can confirm that they are all right about CAP. I regret not listening to their warnings.

Positiivinen kokemus: Simulaattorin jälkeen päästä heitti mutta ei siinä; kokeessakin pitäis kuulemma heitellä päätä puolelta toiselle

Negatiivinen kokemus: I have a bad experiance with the English teacher and he just pass the time somehow by taking breaks and taking easy routes and don't know who to teach the beginners in polite way. I don't recommend for English speaking learners atleast.

Negatiivinen kokemus: Erittäin huonoa palvelua, asiakaspelvelijat ei vasta kysymyksiin. Ajanvaraus ohjeen mukaisesti pitäisi tapahtua sovelluskessa, mutta sovelluksessa lukee "Soita asiakaspalveluun". Simulaattoriajo tapahtuu yksin, ilman opettajan läsnäoloa. Turhin koulutus ikinä. En oppinut mitään.

Negatiivinen kokemus: PEOPLE (ESPECIALLY ENGLISH SPEAKING STUDENTS) PLEASE AVOID THIS SCHOOL. It is only now that I have time to write this review, hope it helps people who are considering choosing this school. I regret having not listened to Sijia Zhu's review before choosing this driving school. The situation was a bit better for me that I got to take the real driving lessons, but I had a terrible experience with their customer service. Nowadays, there are many driving schools to choose from, so I highly recommend you to choose other schools because CAP is so popular now that they only care about people's money. I registered to study with them on March 2022. The receptionist could speak very little English (even though on their front door, there is a sign saying that they have service in English) so she directed me to secretary Mia Laine from CAP Kirkkonummi. When I contacted her (about extra information, explanation about something, even booking for simulator lessons), she only answered with 1 or 2 sentences and then ignored my questions, sometimes it took her 2 days to reply to my messages. About the teacher, Dimitri, his teaching was fine, I actually liked his encouraging teaching style, but he was too busy to communicate effectively. When there are some matters, he only wanted to call, while there were many times that the matters could be solved much faster if he just dropped a message. One time, he told me that he would call back at 11.15PM (yes at night), but I waited and in the morning I saw that he tried to call me at 12.30 last night. Other time, he and the secretary booked an extra lesson without consulting me first, after I called him to ask, he explained that it was the 1 hour driving before the test time. I didn't mind paying for any extra lessons, but at least they had to tell me the course's plan and their intention in advance. The situation was worse after I failed my first driving test. After the teacher returning from his holiday, I tried to contact him about my thought of cancelling the 2nd test time and book extra 3rd lessons, adding into 2 lessons that we booked. He didn't answer at all, so I had to call to Ajovarma to cancel the test time myself. After that, he and the secretary cancelled those 2 lessons without telling me anything (I noticed the cancelation when I went to the website to check my tomorrow lesson the previous night, I was so confused and worried the whole night about what happened and had to call the teacher early in the morning to ask). He said he tried to call me, but I was at work so I couldn't pick up the phone, I called him back later, but why didn't he leave a message asking for my opinion before cancelling the lessons? He promised to call me another time to book the lessons again. During that one week, I messaged him to ask about the booking but he didn't answer at all. Eventually, I decided to continue with another driving school. I just think that CAP received my full payment for the tuition fee so after I failed my first driving test, they didn't care anymore. I paid for the VIP package (more than 2000 euros) where I should have received at least better service from them. Among all the packages, VIP package holder is the only one who can't book simulator lesson by himself !!?? The studying time with the real car was also short with long break in between. All in all, it was such a HUGE waste of money and what I received was just so much anger. One star is too much.

Negatiivinen kokemus: Trust me, with the price you are got the B license package, you may got what you expected with such cheap value. Poor communication, and never got a chance to drive a real car. Had to cancel in the midway and I assume there is no return for my remaining fund due. As an English speaker, please kindly try something else other than this school.

Upea kokemus: Asiakaspalvelu ja ajo-opetus olivat kohdallani erittäin laadukkaita: ajo-opettaja oli asiantunteva ja mukava, ja asiakaspalvelusta sai vastauksen kysymykseen kuin kysymykseen. CAPin toimistot sijaitsevat sopivissa paikoissa ja niiden välillä sai vaihdella vapaasti sekä simulaattoriajoissa että liveajoissa. Tilatkin olivat hyvin siistit. Suoritin autokoulun CAPin Varma-paketilla, josta jäi hieman ristiriitaiset, vaikkakin enimmäkseen positiiviset tunteet. Aloittaessani Varma-paketti oli juuri lanseerattu, minkä piikkiin voi pistää epäselvyydet. Asiakaspalvelu hoiti senkin kyllä hyvin. Kiitettävää Varma-paketissa oli se, että sain valtavan määrän lisätunteja lakisääteisten päälle ilman ylimääräisiä maksuja. Tämän takia minun ei pitänyt stressata ajamisen lisäksi tuntien hintoja. Mikä parasta, sain todella hyvällä hinnalla tarpeeksi opetusta päästäkseni ensimmäisellä yrityksellä ajokokeesta läpi. Ajoin siis yhteensä 11,5 h oikealla autolla ja 9 h simulaattorilla. Vähemmän kiitettävä oli aika, johon oli mahduttava ajokortin suorittamisen suhteen, jotta saisi ilmaisia lisätunteja. Varma-paketin 6 kuukaudesta 1 meni teoriakokeen läpipääsyyn, ja simulaattori- sekä ajotunteja ei saanut kovin helposti. Sain onneksi pyytämällä 1 kk lisää koulutuksen suorittamiseen ja siinä ajassa sain inssin läpi. On siis kuitenkin varauduttava siihen, että lisäkuluja tulee. Varma-pakettiin sisältyy paljon simulaattoriajoa, mikä voi turhauttaa aluksi, kun odottaa oikean auton rattiin pääsemistä. Melkein puolet lopulta käymistäni ajotunneista oli simulaattorilla, mutta olen siitä iloinen - simulaattoriajo helpotti ensimmäisiä kertoja ratissa valtavasti, kun oli saanut jo tuntumaa ajamisesta lihasmuistiin, ja virkisti muistia pitkien taukojen välissä. Huomatkaa, että Varma-paketti saattaa muuttua, ja tietoni ovat 2020 kesä-joulukuulta.

Upea kokemus: I failed in my first driving test because of the driving instruction from a different driving school and was not able to understand my needs. I explained carefully to my teacher “Min Min” and he was able to help me understanding my needs. So, finally was able to clear my driving test within few classes. Thanks a lot Min Min!
