Upea kokemus: I was introduced by friends and decided to do driving learning here. Everything is so clear and straightforward. I passed my first attempt driving test this morning! Thanks for Kasper that always helps me to have good driving habits and he also helped a lot of my theory test:) HUGE thanks to Tarkko that taking me around the test places before going and always encouraging and patient. He knows a lot, and more importantly, he knows how to teach. I am not only learning how to pass the exam but also prepare for being a responsible driver. I highly recommend this school. And one more tip is to always learn theory deeply.

Upea kokemus: I had an incredible experience with Street Smarts! My instructor, Tarkko Hotarinen, was outstanding—always giving honest, constructive feedback and preparing me with a mock test with another instructor to check my readiness. His advice was spot-on; he recommended a few extra sessions that made all the difference. Although I wasn’t sure if I was fully prepared, he confidently told me, ‘You’re ready,’ and thanks to his support, I passed my driving test on the first try! He also shared valuable driving tips, and his friendly approach made every session enjoyable. Thank you for the fantastic service!

Upea kokemus: Suosittelen lämpimästi muillekin tätä autokoulua! Henkilökunta ja opettajat ovat todella mukavia ja heidän kanssaan tulee tosi hyvin toimeen<3 Opintojen ja muiden menojen takia minulle tuli pitkä tauko, mutta laadukkaan opetuksen ansiosta sain nopeasti kopin siitä mihin jäin ja sain ajokortin hankittua tiukassa aikarajassa! Erityiset kiitokset Paulalle ja Ninalle, joilta sain opetusta! Huomasin opetuksen laadukkuudesta, että heillä on laaja kokemus ajo-opettajina. Ninalla on aivan uskomaton taito ja ajoitus neuvojen antamisessa ja osaa ylläpitää rauhallista tunnelmaa haastavissakin tilanteissa! Jokaisen ajotunnin jälkeen oli tosi hyvä fiilis!:)

Upea kokemus: Valitsin autokoulun osittain tukeakseni yksityistä ja suomalaista toimijaa, ja ajotuntien hyvä saatavuus vahvisti päätöstä. Ensimmäisestä yhteydenotosta siihen, kun ajolupa taskussa autokoululta vihdoin kotiin lähdin, en kokenut muuta, kuin aitoa välittämistä ja halua auttaa koko henkilökunnan taholta. Kannattaa heti alkuun muuttaa kaikki simulaattoriajotunnit laadukkaisiin ajotunteihin opettajan kanssa oikealla autolla. Tein tämän toisen höpönlöpön-simutunnin jälkeen ja toivoin, että olisin tajunnut tehdä heti. Paulan kanssa ajaessa palaset loksahtelivat paikoilleen ja ajaminen muuttui pelottavasta kiinnostavaksi. Suosittelen myös ehdottomasti liukkaan ajoa radalla simulaattorin sijasta. Tuolla reissulla itsellä kehittyi hurjasti rohkeus ajaa ja itsevarmuus nousi. Erityisesti siis haluan kiittää Paulaa yhteisistä hetkistä opetustilanteissa, kaikista ajotuntien ulkopuolisista sumplimisista ja siitä, että nyt ajan päivittäin [ ekologisesti ja ennakoitavasti :) ] jännittämättä. Kiitos myös koko muulle porukalle!

Upea kokemus: Todella ihmisläheinen, ystävällinen ja ammattitaitoinen opetus. Opettajat ovat joustavia ja lämminhenkisiä. Opetus on laadukasta ja oppilaan tarpeet huomioivaa. Ajotunteja sai helposti ja nopeasti.

Upea kokemus: With the passing of Brexit I found myself with a non EU, UK driver's license which could no longer be easily transferred into a Finnish license. I chose Street Smarts to navigate and manoeuvre through the process. Meeting my instructor, Tarkko, turned what was initially a necessary burden into a rather enjoyable experience. Tarkko evaluated my current driving skills and experience and tailored the whole process to my specific needs. I believe that no matter the amount of experience driving, there will always be room for improvement. The manner and approach in teaching can make all the difference. I passed my driver's exam yesterday and am thoroughly impressed with my experience with Street Smarts. Tarkko is a gem of a teacher and also a really great guy. I highly recommend choosing Street Smarts to anyone looking for a top quality driving school and a first class teacher.

Upea kokemus: After trying out two other driving schools in Helsinki and Espoo, I can confidently say that Street Smarts was the best! Tarkko, my instructor, was very calm, positive, highly constructive, and truly an expert in his field. I successfully obtained my driving license on the first attempt, and I recommend Street Smarts to everyone! - Particularly for internationals living in the metropolitan area like myself - look no more. Their english is exceptionally good, ensuring clear, positive, and concise communication throughout the driving hours.

Upea kokemus: Jos etsit parasta autokoulua- Look no further! :D Kun lähtökohtana on täysin uuden taidon oppiminen 40-vuotiaana ilman yhtäkään kokemusta autolla ajamisesta, en voinut kuvitella, että ajokortin saaminen voisi olla näin hauskaa! Isoin kiitos tästä kuuluu Street Smartsin henkilökunnalle; aina ensimmäisestä yhteydenotosta ajokokeeseen asti sain erinomaista palvelua ja vastinetta rahoille. Kiitos Kirsi mukavasta ensikohtaamisesta autokoulunne kanssa ja Kasperille kiitos rohkaisusta ja hyvästä huumorintajusta joka lievitti jännitystä ensimmäisellä ajotunnilla. Street Smartsin liikenneopettajia kuvaavat parhaiten sanat ammattitaitoinen, iloinen, rauhallinen, huumorintajuinen ja luotettava. Opetus sovellettiin mielestäni yksilöllisesti sopimaan juuri minulle. Sain ilon käydä suurimman osan ajotunneistani Tarkon kanssa ja jokainen ajotunti oli miellyttävä kokemus juuri Tarkon mahtavan asenteen vuoksi. Kiitos myös ajotuntiaikojen joustavuuden suhteen. Oppimisen taso näkyi selkeästi myös siinä, että läpäisin ajokokeen ensimmäisellä yrittämällä. Olisin voinut mieluusti jatkaakin ajotunteja, mutta nyt kävi niin, että jatkossa jatkan harjoittelua itsenäisesti :D Hyvää kevään jatkoa ja rapsutuksia ihanille toimistokoirille <3

Negatiivinen kokemus: En suosittele, ainakaan Paulan opetuksella. Ajotunnit on todella stressaavia, kun "opettaja" saattaa virheen takia alkaa hysteeriseksi. Lisäksi simulaattoritunneilla ei välillä edes samassa huoneessa tai jos on, niin katsoo mieluummin puhelinta kuin auttaa oppilasta.

Upea kokemus: Very friendly and skilled instructors and good cars. I am very happy with my experience at Street Smarts and I especially enjoyed having Tarkko as my instructor in most of my lessons. I would definitely recommend this driving school to anyone.

Upea kokemus: Here I met a very responsible and skillful teacher with long hair driving a 1st gen VW Polo, and has a lovely puppy, he can point out my problems exactly and give practical, share practical tips instead of the rigid textbook clichés. The step-by-step operation he taught allowed me to drive at high speed on a narrow road in an orderly and unhurried manner. He gave me not only operational advice, but also psychological advice. BMW 1 series drives well, it provides huge torque when accelerating at the highway entrance.

Upea kokemus: I recently completed my driving lessons with Paula, and I'm genuinely happy with how the entire experience unfolded. Not only was she incredibly nice and friendly, but her proactive approach made all the difference. She went above and beyond, putting in genuine effort to ensure I understood every aspect of driving. From basic maneuvers to complex driving scenarios, Paula was always ready with useful tips and clear instructions. Her positivity and commitment to my learning made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend this driving school. You'll not only learn how to drive safely and confidently but also enjoy every minute of it.

Upea kokemus: Picked this school cause of good reviews over here even though it's not the closest one to my home, and boy was I right to do so. Got my license recently and it was a great experience.

Upea kokemus: Recently got my license from here. They have very professional instructors and super nice cars. I had lessons with Paula and Tarkko. Both have exceptional English fluency and teaching skills. 10/10. Oh, and by the way, if Tarkko ever decides to switch gears, he's definitely Presidential material for the Finnish Transport - great guy!

Upea kokemus: Erinomainen pieni autokoulu jossa hyvin toistensa kanssa juttuun tuleva mainio henkilökunta. Suoritin ajokortin Tarkon opetuksella ja voin suositella koko koulua kaikille. Erityisesti kiitos Tarkolle, jonka kanssa oli mahtavaa opetella ajamaan.

Upea kokemus: Recently got my driving license and I took my lessons from Street Smarts. I highly recommend it especially to people seeking lessons in English. All tutors including Taarko (main instructor), Paula, Kasper and Nina were very friendly and professional in their communication. Join the program that offers the most lessons and by the end it will turn out fine.

Upea kokemus: I transferred from a big company chain of driving school where I failed my tests. Compared to my previous learning experience, driving with my instructor Tarkko were much more relaxing, peaceful and joyful. Tarkko is very knowledgable and professional about all topics related to cars. He gave me many practical tips that were aiming to resolve my problems, which proved to be very useful for not only the test, but also daily driving habit. It is also worth mentioning that Tarkko is very caring: he drove me home every time after practice which saved a lot of my time. I am not sure whether it's the tradition of street smarts, but definitely street smarts has much more flexibility compared to other driving schools. I would highly recommend Street Smarts and Tarkko!

Upea kokemus: I was looking for a driving school in Espoo and I decided to pick this one because of the reviews, let me tell you, it did not disappoint! I really enjoyed the teaching. I was able to pass the test on my first try thanks to Tarkko, he was an amazing teacher.

Upea kokemus: I had courses and tests led by my first school but failed all the tests. Then I changed to Street Smarts, took 4 h driving exercise, and passed the test finally. The instructor Tarkko is a very kind person. He offers a comfortable-feeling atmosphere with gentle words and useful suggestions, which are extremely helpful for my test. I have been enjoying driving with him by my side. He encouraged me that I would have a good chance to pass it just before the test, and indeed the examiner was quite satisfied with my performance (driving in a peaceful and calm state). Thank you, Tarkko and Street Smarts (the reception lady is also quite friendly)!!! I would highly recommend this school, especially to foreigners. Best wishes to us all! :)

Especially highly recommended for internationals who are looking for their driving license in Finland as all instructors are fluent in English communication. My instructors, Nina and Tarkko, are super friendly but also straightforward in their instructions, which is helpful. Cars are also new and well-maintained. Upea kokemus: I just got my driving licence thanks to Street Smarts, and couldn't be happier with my decision to choose them. After a disappointing experience with a large chain driving school, I was looking for a small school that cares about students and helps them improve their skills according to their needs. From the initial discussions with Kirsi about what I was looking for, to the extremely useful tips for good driving that the instructor Kasper gave right until he dropped me off after the driving test, I felt I was in good hands throughout as I went about trying to get a right to drive in Finland. Highly recommended!

Upea kokemus: Got my license 2 weeks ago at Street Smart. I spent my course with two different instructors, and both of them are excellent. The teaching was great, and even if you can't speak Finnish it shouldn't be a problem because the communication was really smooth. The instructor will change and adapt the lesson depending on your skill level, and they are dedicated in the way they remember your progression even when you take a couple of weeks off. If any of my friends would like to learn to drive in an efficient way, and still have fun doing it, I would 100% recommend Street Smart. Oh, and you receive a super cool hat after graduation as well!

Upea kokemus: Nina on aivan mahtava ajo-opettaja ja ottaa tosi hyvin huomioon kaikenlaiset jännittäjät! Paljon parempi autokoulu kuin mikään autokouluketju ja uusi ajo-opettaja Kasperkin on tosi kiva! En usko että olisin päässyt inssistä läpi ekalla jos olisin valinnut jonkin toisen autokoulun.

Upea kokemus: Great school especially for English speakers. Nina is very friendly, and the quality of instruction is very high. A touch of individuality is found for each student, which makes the experience worth it.

Upea kokemus: Otaniemen Street Smarts -autokoulussa otetaan ihanan yksilöllisesti ja empaattisesti asiakas huomioon. Tätä autokoulua ja varsinkin Nina-opettajaa voin lämpimästi suositella. Kävin liikenneopettaja Ninan ohjauksessa kertausajotunneilla, kun ajotaitoni oli päässyt pitkän ajamattomuuden jälkeen ruostumaan. Nina on rauhallinen, mukava ja ammattitaitoinen opettaja, joka suunnittelee ajotunnit asiakkaan toiveiden ja tarpeiden mukaan. Hän osaa antaa rakentavaa ja hyödyllistä palautetta ja tsempata jännittävää kuskia juuri oikealla tavalla.

Upea kokemus: Excellent driving school. The instructor (Nina) was very careful, calm and professional while giving excellent lessons. I really enjoyed all the lessons. Another plus for international learner is that Nina's English is perfect. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a driving school!
